An 8 week Full Body Health and weight management program which includes the following:

  • 4 week meal plan + shopping lists

  • Access to a private facebook group where each week there will be one Q&A session and one information session

  • An 8 week at home HIIT hit training program created by a Personal Trainer or a graded lower intensity program created by a Physiotherapist

  • A goodie bag full of products to assist you get through the upcoming two months
