A detailed case history is taken during the initial consult (allow 40 minutes, up to an hour). Individually prescribed and dispensed herbal medicines and/or practitioner only grade nutritional supplements may be recommended with individualised dosage instructions given, tailored dietary (according to your compatibility hair test results) and lifestyle advice. We will be working together over 8* weeks to achieve your health goals.
*The package must be used within an 8-week time frame.

The HTMA test measures the levels and comparative ratios of nutrient and toxic minerals found in hair. HTMA is one of the most valuable screening tools available in preventative health care as it can reveal mineral deficiencies and excesses, heavy metal toxicity, fatigue drivers, our metabolic rate and the functioning of systems within our bodies including immune, liver, thyroid and cardiovascular systems.

In Australia blood testing averages are just that: averages. Therefore these averages are unfortunately based off a generally unhealthy population (it's not often healthy people get blood tests!) so when you get your results and you're deemed within 'range' this could mean that your levels are still low, thus contributing to the symptoms you're experiencing. This is probably why you're feeling so terrible but can't quite find the right answers!
In this consult I will go over your recent blood test (within the last 3 months) and see where you are sitting within the optimal ranges.
If you decide after your consult that you need further support, the $79 will be credited to the Work With Me Package.
